What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the primary client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates Write and edit compelling, platform-specific social copy for brands and executives, ensuring alignment with client voice and goals Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements Stay ahead of industry trends, attending networking events and professional development opportunities to bring fresh ideas to the team and clients
What is Required (Qualifications): 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer, or paid marketing Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously Deadline-driven with attention to detail and a passion for improving results over time Ability to quickly adjust digital strategy, voice, and tone based on each client and audience Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or Brandwatch, is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proven experience in managing social media, influencer, and paid media campaigns Demonstrated growth mindset, eager to learn and tackle challenges Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and digital tools Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in tech PR or a passion for technology and digital marketing
