About LS2group:
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our Marketing & Advertising team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, client relationship experience, and a deep understanding of marketing, advertising, and media strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media buying, digital marketing, and web development, to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Coordinate paid and organic media planning and placement across digital, print, broadcast, social media platforms, and more.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and client updates.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or advertising (agency experience preferred).
• General understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with, or a strong desire to learn media planning, buying, and campaign performance analysis.
• Proficiency in project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
