As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
- Business Development: Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients and close new business.
- Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your market territory.
- Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Basic Qualifications
- A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university.
- 2+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Success in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
- Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.

This position offers a base salary of $70,000 and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.
