Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking an Audience Strategy and Operations Analyst for a major entertainment company, based in Orlando, Florida.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Hybrid requirements in Orlando, FL.
Onward Search is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.
As part of the Customer Engagement Media Strategy & Activation team, the Audience Strategy and Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in leveraging data and innovative tools to enhance customer experiences across key marketing touchpoints. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical support for direct channel and paid media campaigns, including audience segmentation and input.
- Support paid media activation by sharing audiences to platforms and monitoring audience health and match rates.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to build holistic audience insights, offering clear recommendations to optimize campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with or supporting a Marketing team within a large, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of audience analysis, targeting, and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with Paid Media and Direct Channel Activation Platforms, including Meta, YouTube, Google, Adobe Campaign, and LiveRamp.
- Experience creating and delivering data-driven presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
