The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Job Summary:

Essential Job Duties:

1. Ensure proper removal of used batteries for recycling. Make sure rechargeable batteries are returned to charger at the end of the day. Ensure wireless mouse is operational and stored on charger each day.
2. Ensure room’s audio visual system is operational within specified guidelines and document any discrepancies.
3. Document classroom equipment locations and status.
4. Ensure that AV systems are properly shut down in the evenings.
5. Remove any waste from podiums including water bottles, food, and drinks.
6. Provide basic AV assistance to guest presenters including assistance with loading presentation or video conferencing/streaming software, using the document camera or connecting a laptop to the podium.
