Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Assistant Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with Board Members, handling administrative duties, and assisting the Community Manager in various projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in community management or property management
  • Knowledge of HOA, POA, or Condo Association regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CINC Software and property management software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
