  2. Brand Growth & Content Strategy – Develop compelling social media, email campaigns, and video content to position our team as the top real estate brand in multiple states.
  3. Conversion Optimization – Build high-converting funnels and refine follow-up strategies to increase closing rates.
  4. Tech & CRM Integration – Optimize Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM), automation, and retargeting campaigns.
  5. Performance Tracking & ROI Focus – Track results, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments for max revenue impact.

What You Bring:

  1. Proven success in real estate marketing, lead gen, and conversion strategies.
  2. Experience running paid ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube) with measurable results.
  3. Strong copywriting & branding skills to make listings and campaigns stand out.
  4. Familiarity with email marketing (BombBomb, MailChimp), retargeting, and automation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Digital Advertising – Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC, Facebook, and YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality buyer & seller leads.
  2. Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  3. Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversion rates.
  4. Monitor and analyze lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  1. Develop and execute a social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Create engaging content, including videos, infographics, and posts that drive engagement and leads.
  3. Manage and grow the company’s organic reach & social presence.
  4. Oversee listing promotion and property marketing across digital platforms.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  1. Optimize and manage the team’s CRM (Follow Up Boss, or similar) for efficient lead nurturing.
  2. Set up email drip campaigns, SMS sequences, and retargeting strategies to convert leads into closings.
  3. Work closely with ISAs and agents to ensure leads are properly followed up with.

Branding & Positioning

  1. Craft compelling listing presentations, agent marketing materials, and team branding.
  2. Design and refine high-converting landing pages and funnels.
  3. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization

  1. Track and report key marketing KPIs, including lead volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
  2. Continuously test and improve ad creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing performance data.

Collaboration & Growth Strategy

  1. Work closely with agents, ISAs, and leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  2. Stay ahead of real estate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  3. Identify new lead sources and opportunities for growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in real estate marketing, digital ads, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  2. Strong background in paid advertising, social media growth, and branding.
  3. Ability to analyze data and make ROI-driven marketing decisions.
  4. Experience with email marketing, automation, and CRM optimization.
  5. Highly organized, creative, and results-driven.
