Our client is known for a leading eCommerce brand specializing in women's fashion. They are dedicated to offering high-quality clothing and accessories that empower and inspire our customers. They are at the forefront of redefining timeless luxury apparel that’s both high-quality and affordable. As a leader in digital marketing, they work closely with key platforms like TikTok and Meta, setting the standard for eye-catching assets, content, media, print and video. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the industry’s best and collaborate with their partners to master graphics. With responsibility for managing various assets and project collaborations, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our brand and bringing luxury apparel to those who appreciate style, quality, and value.

This is a Los Angeles, Chatsworth based position, you must be in Los Angeles or willing to commute to Chatsworth, Los Angeles.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design and develop visually compelling assets for website banners, emails, paid ads, social media, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in the design and layout of look books, packaging, and other printed materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.
  • Retouch and edit product and lifestyle imagery to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion, design, and social media trends to ensure creative direction remains fresh and relevant.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop typography, layouts, and color palettes that reflect the brand's elevated, trend-driven aesthetic.
  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for storytelling through graphics and digital content.
  • Design assets for influencer collaborations, special promotions, and in-store visuals (if applicable).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms by following established design guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and layout design.
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing using Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition to create visually impactful designs.
  • Ability to adapt designs to different platforms, including web, social media, print, and paid advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media aesthetics, email marketing visuals, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with branding and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across multiple platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
  • Photography and styling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with fashion industry trends and a passion for creating elevated, trend-driven visuals.

Salary: $60,000
