BSC is currently seeking a qualified and energetic Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will use their creative expertise and knowledge to develop content and visuals that will reach new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. Create compelling visual representations based on concepts and ideas in an accurate, timely, and creative manner to promote the company’s brand.
  2. Develop designs and layouts for proposals, statements of qualifications, brochure material, advertisements, newsletters, award submissions, tradeshow banners & multimedia, and general correspondence.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and technical staff to support the collaborative use of graphics in proposals and presentations.
  4. Provide design QA/QC of marketing materials including proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
  5. Work closely with technical staff to design graphics and layout documents for reports, proposals, and marketing materials.
  6. Provide technical and artistic guidance and support to marketing team to encourage innovation and a competitive edge in our work output.
  7. Develop and continually improve standards for graphics processes, quality, delivery, and organization.
  8. Create and update content for both internal and external corporate websites.
  9. Writing, editing, and producing content for social media campaigns and website.
  10. Organize staff photoshoots for headshots and project photography.
  11. Printing of marketing materials for events and proposals as needed.
  12. Maintain expertise in software and technical skills to excel in page layout and visual communication.
  13. Serve as the point person when working with print vendors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in visually conveying ideas and ensuring that all visual communications are engaging, cohesive, and aligned with our overall branding and messaging strategy. You will provide support with (coordinating, editing, and graphic production) statements of qualifications, proposals, brochure material, and various public relations materials such as advertisements, newsletters, and award submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing designs, marketing materials, and/or proposal visuals for a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Express).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Knowledge and experience with WordPress.

However, the majority of BSC’s workforce embraces a hybrid model, which allows people to work from home, job sites, and other remote locations, as well as any of our office locations when necessary. This position will be based in our Boston office, with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
