We are looking for a full-time TECHNICAL / GRAPHIC DESIGNER to work alongside our OUTDOOR HARDLINES DIVISION. This role reports to the Director of Product Development based at our Brooklyn headquarters.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Director of PD to develop and execute product designs and flat sketches for assigned categories.
  • Support research and development of seasonal trends.
  • Create technical spec sheets for products to be used for costing.
  • Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed products to be used for production.
  • Adhere to design calendar and deadlines.
  • Interpret design/style trends into brand appropriate products that fit within pricing strategy and production’s skill capacity.
  • Create production ready tech packs for graphic artwork files applied to products.
  • Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Assist with additional design projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Highly skilled in Photoshop and proficient in Illustrator.
  • 3D software experience.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Organized, dedicated, and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully, and execute projects with fast turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Canva.
  • High energy level and a passion for your work and the overall business.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to be flexible for business needs.
