POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Media & Motion Designer brings static visuals to life, adding movement and energy to create immersive brand experiences. This role transforms creative briefs into engaging visual content across key digital marketing channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design & Motion Graphics: Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and videos.
  2. Omnichannel Content Creation: Develop assets for multiple digital platforms.
  3. Storyboarding & Concept Development: Translate marketing objectives into visual narratives.
  4. Brand Consistency: Ensure creative assets maintain a consistent look and feel.
  5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders.
  6. Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and techniques.
  7. Project Management & Execution: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Optimization & Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance metrics.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Ability to interpret detailed creative briefs.
  2. Displays natural artistic ability.
  3. Possesses a passion for design and branding.
  4. Ability to balance creative vision with marketing objectives.
  5. Strong organizational skills.
  6. Collaborates effectively with teams.
  7. Deals with concepts and complexity comfortably.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Experience with video production and editing preferred.
  5. Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

Must present a portfolio showcasing a strong blend of graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: The working arrangement for this position is hybrid.
