Position:
VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation has an opening for a Inside Sales Manager in Midland, TX. The candidate sought would excel in a fast-paced growing oil and gas market and be able to quickly learn our rapidly growing customer base and product portfolio.

Job Duties:
- Supervise and manage team members, work to develop team members providing feedback, coaching, and training.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Counter sales with walk-in customers.
- Present and deliver information to potential customers; answer questions and follow-up call questions.
- Closing sales and working with customers through the closing process.
- Assist with inventory processes and controls; includes ordering parts and maintaining stock levels.
- Shipping and receiving inventory.
- Completes quotes and follows up on sales leads.
- Ensures customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
- Enters orders and invoices.
- Purchasing and negotiating pricing on equipment/supplies from vendors.
- Supporting sales team to procure equipment/supplies.
Experience:
- At least three years of related Inside Sales and warehouse experience.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with customers.
- Highly organized and disciplined.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Hours:
M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (may be subject to change with the needs of the business).
