Guided by ourARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong, we build it out to impactful campaigns.
The Action
As a Freelance Community Manager based in the US, you will respond to comments and DMs on our clients' brand pages on TikTok and Instagram. You must be comfortable engaging with online communities with punny comebacks, polite replies to complaints, keeping up with the social trends in the US market, and more. We ask that you have a keen eye for detail and always be on the lookout for the next big trend on social media.
This is a fully remote freelance role, so you can work from wherever you like as long as you have a good internet connection and a phone or computer that gets you on the right social media platforms. The role of Community Manager is specifically for one of our new international clients, where youll be managing engagement during US time zones.
We need a Community Manager who can start ASAP, is a native English speaker (American English), and is based in the US.
As a Community Manager:
- You are experienced in engaging with online communities on various platforms such as TikTok, but also Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- You are up to date on current social media trends and can identify what fits our client's tonality, objective, and audience.
- You have a keen eye for grammar and spelling, ensuring error-free communication on behalf of our clients.
- You have a good sense of humour without being offensive, and be comfortable creating witty replies and/or copies for our clients social media pages.
- You can identify crises and alert the wider team immediately, working together to develop appropriate responses to the relevant audience.
- You can report on everything that is happening on the accounts to inform the wider team and client.
- You are anativespeaker ofEnglish.
- You are available for around 7-10 hours weekly, during the week, and on the weekends. This would mean around an hour a day of Community Management, with a bit more time when working on a report, for example.
Important: This is a freelance position. You must be registered as an independent contractor and able to provide invoices. Please ensure you comply with US tax regulations for freelancers.
