Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity.

- Ensure all event details meet client expectations and accessibility standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and accessible event planning strategies.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to expand knowledge of event coordination and planning tools.
What You Bring to the Role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual (must be able to speak and write in English fluently).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once.
- Proficiency in researching venues, managing logistics, and using online planning tools.
- A passion for creating inclusive experiences and ensuring accessibility for all guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Ability to attend virtual training sessions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or logistics coordination is a plus but not required.
