We are looking for a data-driven and strategic

eCommerce Operations & Marketing Manager

to oversee and grow our

Barista Underground (BU) website . This role is responsible for managing our

eCommerce demand generation agency , optimizing the website experience, tracking SKU growth and vendor performance, and driving online sales. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and eCommerce management experience.

eCommerce Operations & Marketing Manager

will oversee the

Barista Underground website , managing marketing materials, promotions, and overall platform performance. This role will collaborate closely with

Procurement, Operations, and Sales

to drive online growth, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates. Managing

Google Analytics, website plugins, customer segmentation, and remarketing efforts

will be key to optimizing eCommerce performance and vendor ROI. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Barista Underground website, ensuring an optimized user experience and updated product listings. Oversee the demand generation agency, working on digital campaigns, ad performance, and customer acquisition strategies. Track and report SKU growth, analyzing vendor performance and product sales trends to identify opportunities. Develop and execute promotional campaigns on the website, including seasonal offers, bundles, and vendor-driven initiatives. Manage website plugins and integrations, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business goals. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify purchasing behaviors, segment customers into cohorts, and enhance remarketing strategies. Own and optimize Google Analytics to track eCommerce KPIs and performance insights. Work closely with Procurement and Sales to align inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts. Ensure accurate product information and marketing collateral are consistently updated on the site. Report on website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing insights to refine marketing strategies. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or website management. Experience with eCommerce platforms

like Shopify, Hubspot & Klaviyo Strong

Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing skills. Proficiency in

CRM systems

(HubSpot preferred) and customer segmentation strategies. Ability to analyze data and create performance reports

for marketing and vendor partnerships. Experience working with

third-party agencies

for digital marketing and demand generation. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with

Marketing, Sales, and Procurement teams. Bonus: Experience with

email marketing, paid media, and remarketing strategies. This is an L3 role. Compensation is $80,000 - $105,000 DOE
