As an Executive Assistant, you will support two senior leaders in Product & Design, serving as their go-to person for calendar management, strategic prioritization, team engagement, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the team operates smoothly. You will report to the Executive Business Partner on our Administrative Team. This role will work a hybrid schedule, out of our San Francisco HQ office, about 1-2 days a week. – Proactively manage schedules, streamline workflows, and enable leaders to focus on top priorities. Organize & Optimize

– Help keep teams efficient by anticipating and resolving conflicts, managing competing priorities, and creating seamless coordination. Champion Team Culture

– Plan and execute team-building activities, offsites, and events to promote engagement and morale. Manage Multiple Projects

– Track initiatives, handle logistics, and support operational planning to ensure alignment and success. Handle Confidential Information

– Act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive company data and executive communications. Be a Strategic Partner

– Keep a pulse on team dynamics, surface challenges, and

recommend solutions that enhance productivity. What We're Looking For…

3-5+ years of experience

in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support role. Exceptional organizational skills

with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Excellent written & verbal communication

skills. A proactive

problem-solver

with the ability to diagnose challenges and implement creative solutions. Adaptability & flexibility

to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with

leaders, product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams . Experience in

technology, product, or design environments

is a plus!
