FinQore Head of Growth Marketing FinQore is redefining how CFOs and finance teams succeed with automation and AI. We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy from the ground up. Reporting directly to the founding team, you’ll drive pipeline growth, optimize multi-channel campaigns (ABM, outbound, paid digital, events, partnerships), and create CFO-focused content to position FinQore as a leader in financial intelligence. solution-based sales approach , marketing plays a critical role in educating the market, building trust, and driving high-value conversions. That’s where you come in. As

Head of Growth Marketing , you’ll

work directly with FinQore’s founding team to own the growth strategy and build the marketing engine from the ground up . You’ll be a key leader, shaping go-to-market strategy, leveraging AI-powered automation, and executing high-impact demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This

role is perfect for a builder, innovator, and hands-on leader

who

thrives on creating and scaling new playbooks in close collaboration with the Sales team . If you’re excited by the challenge of testing, iterating, and redefining what’s possible, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Initially, you’ll take

full ownership of marketing execution, refining and delivering growth strategies

with support from the internal team, our marketing agency, and investment in AI tools.

As we scale, you’ll hire and lead a high-performing marketing team , laying the foundation for FinQore’s long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Growth and Demand Generation

Develop and execute

a data-driven growth strategy, focusing on

demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and full-funnel lead nurturing

(TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Optimize and scale

multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including

ABM, outbound, paid digital, events, and strategic partnerships . Sales and Channel Collaboration

Strengthen marketing-to-sales alignment

to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates. Develop and execute partner marketing

initiatives that expand reach, generate qualified leads, and drive joint go-to-market success. Content and Thought Leadership

Create and oversee

CFO-focused content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that fuels demand gen and positions FinQore as a leader in

financial intelligence . Leverage storytelling and data-driven insights

to engage and educate CFOs, finance teams, and private equity-backed businesses. Analytics and Optimization

Track, analyze, and optimize

key growth metrics to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing ROI. Run experiments and A/B tests

to refine messaging, improve conversions, and scale what works. Budget and Resource Allocation

Optimize marketing spend

to ensure efficient

resource allocation, maximize ROI, and directly support revenue growth targets. Qualifications Proven Growth Marketer

5+ years of experience in demand generation and pipeline growth for B2B tech-driven services. Experience marketing to

CFOs, Finance, and/or private equity-backed channels

is a strong plus. Proven track record of

executing multi-channel demand generation strategies in coordination with Sales , including outbound, paid digital, ABM, partnerships, and virtual/in-person events to engage CFOs and financial decision-makers. Hands-On and Strategic

Ability to zoom out to

shape the marketing strategy

while diving in to

execute campaigns with precision . AI-Driven and Digital-First

Experience leveraging automation, AI-driven tools, and martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Apollo) to optimize demand generation and scale impact. Content Storyteller

Ability to craft

compelling narratives

and develop high-impact content that

fuels demand generation and resonates with CFOs, finance teams, and PE investors. Data-Driven and Experimentation Mindset

Strong analytical skills, using

KPIs, A/B testing, and real-time performance data

to refine marketing strategies, optimize conversions, and scale high-impact campaigns. Collaborative and Adaptive

Thrive in

cross-functional teams , working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive growth in a
