Summary

The Technical Content Strategist is responsible for collaborating with our marketing and communications teams in shaping and executing a data-driven content strategy. Blend technical website management (WordPress) with SEO research to identify and capitalize on high-value content opportunities. Use tools like Semrush to analyze industry trends and ensure our digital presence resonates with audience interests and industry conversations.

Primary Duties

Lead SEO strategy and content planning, leveraging search data to identify high-value opportunities and drive engagement. Oversee and optimize multiple WordPress websites, ensuring technical integration and functionality across all web properties-including forms and analytics tracking. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize the impact of our digital presence. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years experience in technical SEO Advanced proficiency with Semrush or similar SEO tools Demonstrated WordPress development experience Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience developing data-backed content strategy Specific Skills and Knowledge

Robust technical SEO background with advanced proficiency in tools like Semrush, paired with hands-on WordPress development skills. Keen analytical mind and strong data interpretation abilities are essential for developing effective content strategies. Additionally, the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights will ensure our digital initiatives effectively engage target audiences and keep pace with industry trends.

Compensation

The initial compensation range is $70,800- $81,300

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This role requires sitting at a desk, using a computer workstation, standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers. Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.PT Monday through Friday with extended hours as necessary.

Fit for Duty

All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a pre-employment drug screening.
