As a
Design Management Coordinator
for Max, you will help drive the operational success for the visual execution of Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service as well as the production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. As part of the retention & engagement team, you will work closely with cross functional business partners to ensure the design and delivery of artwork assets representing movies, series, and franchises from Warner Bros. Discovery brands. The ideal candidate should be highly organized with a passion for streaming services and marketing. The assets you will work with are the foundational content that our product is built on. This role reports to a Retention & Engagement Manager and you will be part of a growing team who will innovate approaches to artwork quality, delivery tools, and vendor use to develop scalable solutions.
Your Role You will help define system workflows and manage knowledge sharing across a variety of stakeholder groups, including Design, Copy, Strategy, and CRM. Assist in the project management of design requests across various workstreams with a special focus on emails, push notifications, and in-app messages for Max and Discovery+. Develop a deep understanding of our project management application Monday.com, build project management dashboards and data reports, and understand how tools connect with each other. Liaison between cross-functional teams including Strategy, CRM, and Originals Marketing to manage changing timelines and new promotional tactics. Schedule recurring meetings and kick-offs and be able to provide status updates to related projects assigned. Proactively source key art and stills based on upcoming projects. Ensure designers have proper access to any and all assets needed for their particular project. Key Accountabilities
Execute approximately 200 tickets per week supporting various design needs, each with different priority levels. Assist in other workstreams such as Paid Media, Dotcom, or In-App may also be required at times. Familiarity with the marketing workflow, and production within our creative pods. Knowledge of photography including file formats and terminology. Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player. Problem-solving skills and good follow-through is essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Preferred 2-3 years of creative services experience Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio/ prior experience in digital asset management for publicity, marketing, or entertainment. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills. Ability to work overtime occasionally during high peak seasons.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,503.00 - $97,506.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
