Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $156,000.00

You'll craft spectacular user experiences that excite users, address real problems, and motivate users to continue engaging and buying with Reverb! You'll collaborate closely with a product manager and engineering to deliver simple, enticing experiences that delightfully address our users' needs. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design. Our hybrid work model offers flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the office location 4+ times per month

In this role you will: Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-impact, user-centered projects that will improve users' experience on Reverb Build alignment through user flows and other UX documentation Design solutions that explore different UI options, layouts, and interactions in order to deliver effective user experiences. Craft interfaces using our design system and principles, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation Conduct surveys and other research studies to distill insights, drive the strategy, and better understand how you can meet users' needs Test hypotheses with users through prototyping and A/B tests to discover insights that evolve the work moving forward Develop and facilitate discovery workshops to align cross-functional partners and designers with a vision and approach Take part in design critiques and present your work to peers and leadership for feedback Balance the product constraints of our platform with new UI possibilities. Apply the design system to your work when it makes sense, but help improve it by introducing new UI patterns Envision solutions that consistently innovate, exceed customer expectations, and business objectives Qualifications

5+ years experience in UX design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping for consumer web/mobile products An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction and visual design, which illustrates your full process, from insights through definition, discovery, delivery, and the role of data/research in iteration Experience with design strategy, information architecture concepts, and UX methodologies Ability to handle ambiguity, and make progress with incomplete information Successful track record of applying insights from research and experimentation to craft user-centered designs that clearly impact business and customer experience goals. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to persuade and present a clear vision to partners, collaborators and leadership Experience working on native apps, mWeb, and desktop with an understanding of fully responsive UI design Accustomed to working in a collaborative cross-disciplinary environment, where experimentation and testing are valued
