In addition, you will be involved with new business generation, including supporting relationship maintenance with clients and developing and supporting the delivery of pitches to new business prospects.This VP, based in Atlanta, will have a Marketing Services sub-vertical focus.You will be expected to:Manage the development of and explain historical and projected financial analysesCoordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactionsOversee the preparation of marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as neededOversee the development of valuation and ad hoc financial analysesAssist in the marketing and execution of existing engagementsBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisorsSupervise and mentor junior staff membersBasic Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance4-6 years of relevant investment banking experienceAn undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institutionStrong analytical/quantitative and technical abilitiesCovid vaccination required, subject to applicable state and federal lawPreferred Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneouslyExtensive operational financial modeling and valuation experienceHands-on M&A experienceCompensation and BenefitsHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
