Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Senior Media Coordinator, Broadcast, you will assist with reporting, analysis, budgeting and campaign execution across Broadcast (Linear, CTV, Audio and Print) and ensure that the integrity, timeliness and effectiveness of these campaigns are achieved. You will handle campaign communication, collaborate cross-functionally and provide solution recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and stewarding Linear, CTV and Audio Media Channels
- Analyze media plans and recommend improvements to optimize effectiveness
- Request campaign data for analysis
- Assist with campaign setup and launch, including leading collaboration with external media agencies and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are provided on time
- Maintain stewardship of budget, planning and trafficking documents
- Aid in the communication of key media campaign information and updates to cross-functional partners
- Suggest improvements to process and new procedures
- Partner with Media Strategy to plan and execute media campaigns
- In partnership with Media Lead, actively achieve program results through project execution and post-execution support
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather feedback, solution recommendations and key action items coming out of internal reviews
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
- 3+ years of paid media experience
- Ability to accomplish objectives in a team-oriented environment
- Desire to learn nuances of Broadcast planning cadence and strategy
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow complex processes/documentation to complete tasks
- Ability to apply learnings from previous solutions to new experiences
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Suite
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Preferred
- Previous agency or in-house media experience
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising and/or Marketing Communications
- Ability to work in or learn a buying platform
