Our Pet Nutrition ANZ strategy aims to connect us to pet parents in a way that no other company can. As the Assistant Content Manager, you will be a key part of the journey to next generation brand building with the aim of transforming our One Demand digital capability to deliver a connected omnichannel experience for Pet Parents.

In this role, you’ll be critical in our Data Driven Marketing (DDM) transformation, and it will be a great opportunity to kickstart your career in an exciting space while delivering impact. Reporting to the ANZ Content and Experience Lead, this Assistant Content Manager will support the development, implementation and operational management for ANZ branded content. You will be a key driver for our portfolio brand teams to produce best in class, integrated and personalised content at scale and enable optimal Pet Parent (consumer) experiences.


What are we looking for?

  • Min. 2 - 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content roles
  • Demonstrated ability to put customers at the heart of what you do, internal or external-facing
  • Experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement with both internal and external teams
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrated ability to operate within tight budgets, resourcing
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative approach, willing to push the envelope
  • Strong understanding of common Marketing theories, tactics and KPIs
  • Passion for cats and dogs would be ideal!

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • This role will be the content & experience specialist partner for our priority brands (spanning both Dog & Cat), and will act across a wide range of content development and management strategies
  • Implement ANZ brand content strategy for assigned portfolios
  • Own and manage core processes and templates for ongoing content operations and management
  • Support Annual Brand Content Planning in collaboration with brand teams and relevant agency partners
  • Co-Own Content Briefing and Production to Dispatch – Includes templates, processes, stakeholder reviews
  • Own Content Management and Tracking - Utilizing selected technology platforms, workflows and relevant partners
  • Work with relevant DDM and other teams to ensure effective MarTech interaction & media processes relating to Content
