TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver business growth and revenue goals
  2. Lead and participate in different projects to drive business growth
  3. Provide business coaching for partners around TikTok LIVE business
  4. Leverage the dashboard and insights to diagnose business for partners
  5. Align partnership operation strategies with partners and coach them about business operations around creator recruitment and incubation
  6. Align business goals with partners and set project timelines
  7. Identify ownership internally in the team and externally in the partners, to follow projects and achieve good results
  8. Hold regular in-person and online meetings with partners to drive B2B conversion
  9. Handle tasks on internal systems to drive progress

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 2+ years of experience in the internet creator economy, such as content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
  3. 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or other result-driven roles
  4. Experience in partnership management, including agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc.
  5. Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion, and a sense of responsibility
  6. Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
  2. Creative mindset and thought process focused on driving business parameters forward
  3. Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
