We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Media Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize our paid social & digital campaigns across various platforms. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions by leveraging innovative advertising strategies and detailed performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
- Create and track email campaigns for internal and external communications.
- Manage daily operations of social ad campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and scheduling.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate creative elements, messaging, and audience targeting, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign consistency.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social media and digital advertising.
- Recommend innovative strategies and platform-specific tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid social media campaigns or digital advertising initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with major social media platforms and ad management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and cross-channel marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
