Duties
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing these duties:
- Directing a comprehensive labor relations program;
- Serving as a program manager/policy expert in labor relations with oversight regarding designing and conducting comprehensive studies;
- Evaluating and making labor relations recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for complex agency projects;
- Providing guidance and consultation to management on a variety of labor relations issues, including administering negotiated agreement(s).
National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
