Position Purpose
InvestCloud (formerly Advicent) is searching for a Senior UX / UI Designer to work with our UX and agile product teams to design intuitive workflows and experiences for new and existing web applications such as financial planning applications, dashboards, customer portals, reporting, visualization of big data analytics, workflows, and more.

What you're accountable for

1. Work with product and project teams in leading the design process across various media and platforms.
2. Produce high-fidelity UI / UX solutions from concept to execution.
3. Must have experience collaborating with clients and management (virtually and in-person).
4. Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality design work.
5. Identify and vocalize opportunities to improve end product where applicable.
6. Produce UI components, icons, graphics, and marketing materials quickly and as requested.
7. Collaborate on projects with the design team and be able to provide/receive useful feedback on a regular basis.
8. Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions.
9. Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure providing self-management and prioritization.

What skills are required

1. Bachelor’s Degree in UI / UX Design or related field.
2. At least 5+ years of experience working within the field.
3. A passion for problem-solving, design, and UI / UX.
4. Excellent skills in Sketch and Adobe Suite.
5. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
6. Exceptional design portfolio (mandatory).
7. An eye for design and a passion for the creative process.
8. Self-starter with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
10. Must be flexible with the ability to grow and adapt.
11. Must be flexible to work across international time zones (we are a global firm).
