UX - User Experience Designer with ServiceNow Exp.

Note: Looking for a UX Designer with recent experience in ServiceNow

Need strong UX - User Experience Designer with web development (HTML, CSS, etc), ServiceNow, conducting user research methods like interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, as well as ability to analyze resulting data Exp.

Consultant LinkedIn profile must have been created before 2018

Need 8 - 10 yrs of IT Exp. Profiles

Day to Day Responsibilities:

User Experience Research

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors

Analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and prioritization of design updates

Develop user personas to represent user segments and inform design decisions

Map user journeys to visualize the steps users take when interacting with a product or service, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement

Usability Testing

Conduct usability tests to identify usability issues and areas for improvement

Analyze testing data and iterate on designs based on user feedback

Information Architecture

Design sitemaps and user flows to map out the logical structure of the platform and navigation pathways

Create information hierarchies to ensure users can easily find relevant content

Collaboration

Work closely with multiple elements of the Associate Experience team, as well as product managers and development teams

Communicate design rationale and user insights effectively to cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

Research and analysis methodologies

Expertise in conducting user research methods like interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, as well as ability to analyze resulting data

UX Design principles

Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, guidelines, and best practices

Ability to effectively journey map process and digital experiences visually

Strong communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate research findings, user insights, and design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Skills:

Experience with employee portal design and strategy

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
