WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking for a Senior, Business Systems Analyst - Visualization to join our APLA Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) team within the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data visualizations and analytics solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a team-first mentality, balanced with a can-do approach that can navigate ambiguity with ease. They will have a solid technical background, with the expertise in data cleansing, data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
The role will be critical in building innovative and interactive dashboards that provides data-driven insights for Logistics and Marketplace teams to take meaningful actions. Your responsibilities will encompass:
· Designing & developing custom, interactive and dynamic dashboards to measure Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) or metrics defined to support program requirements
· Creating wireframe dashboards, reviewing with core teams and stakeholders and iterating based on feedback
· Collaborating with the Data and Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) team to model data in integrated and aggregated layer for optimal dashboard performance.
· Support the D&AI team with data validation, testing and quality assurance
· Transitioning existing Cognos reports to Tableau dashboards
· Supporting Tableau platform team with site level administrative, governance, and training responsibilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure that product development is on track.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the Integrated Fulfillment Planning team, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Nike Supply Chain business functions
and territory counterparts across APLA. Additionally, you will also have to opportunity to partner with a wide range of partners across Nike Technology, Data & Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) team, Finance, and IDSA to drive significant impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
• 3-5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos or ThoughtSpot
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying big data environments (e.g., Hive, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and analytics, including inventory management, transportation and logistics
• Ability to translate business questions and problems into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with problem-solving and resolving complex issues with cross functional team
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and data analysts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
