Job Description:

As our Community Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our social engagement and outreach initiatives. You will spearhead affiliate partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, while also acting as the brand’s voice on social media. Your role involves managing affiliate relations, coordinating PR/gifting initiatives, and planning local community events that resonate with our vibrant audience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Outreach: Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with affiliates, content creators and brand ambassadors across social media platforms.

• Social Media Engagement: Represent Klassy Network online by engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive community interactions.

• PR & Gifting Campaigns: Coordinate the dispatch of PR packages and gifting initiatives to influencers and community members to boost brand awareness.

• Event Planning: Plan and execute local community events and meetups that bring our community together.

• Content Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to create engaging social media content and campaigns that drive community involvement.

• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback to continuously refine our outreach strategies and product offerings.


Qualifications:

• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience in managing social media, affiliate outreach, or community engagement, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

• Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with influencers and community members.

• Creative & Strategic: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative community initiatives and event concepts that align with brand values.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Social Media and platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and basic analytics tools.
