CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Provide transcripts from your highest education level within 30 days of hire.
- Must perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Complete Safe Schools Web Training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
- Pass a background check, including fingerprinting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital communications or marketing.
- Deep understanding of social media and digital content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional writing skills, crafting compelling messages tailored for diverse digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of ADA website compliance and AP Style guidelines.
- Proven experience managing social media strategies and website content.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to produce efficient and effective social media posts.
- Experience with K-12 educational agencies and programs.
- Biliterate in Spanish.
- Digital Storytelling: Capture captivating stories through videos, photos, and engaging copy.
- Content Creation: Develop dynamic digital content that embodies our brand, using text, images, and video.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and execute a social media calendar, analyze performance, and leverage the latest trends.
- Web Management: Lead the upkeep of our school and district websites-keeping them fresh, accurate, and ADA compliant.
- Supervision: Provide supervision and direction to secretarial support staff regarding social media and website work by providing guidance on daily tasks, priorities and deadlines.
- Community Engagement: Produce creative e-newsletters and digital campaigns for families, staff, and the broader community.
- Technical Support: Train staff on digital communication tools and best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues when necessary.
- Innovative Projects: Embrace new challenges and contribute to exciting, evolving projects.
- Other projects as assigned.
