The Dragon Trappers Lodge is a premier creator of high-quality 3D printable miniatures for tabletop RPGs and wargaming. We specialize in epic fantasy sculpts designed for gamers, painters, and collectors. Our business thrives on digital and physical sales, crowdfunding campaigns, and a passionate community of gamers worldwide.


We are looking for a Marketing Director to take our brand to the next level, spearheading all marketing efforts, driving sales, and growing our audience across multiple channels.


Role Overview


As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness. Youll oversee all digital advertising, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and crowdfunding promotions.


Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and audience growth.

Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Facebook, Google, and Instagram ads, ensuring high ROI and audience targeting.

Crowdfunding Campaigns: Lead marketing efforts for Kickstarter and other crowdfunding initiatives, including pre-launch strategies, ad campaigns, and community engagement.

Content Creation & Social Media: Oversee and coordinate content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to drive organic engagement along with our social media manager and graphic designer.

Influencer & Sponsored Content Management: Develop partnerships with YouTubers, streamers, painters, and content creators to promote our miniatures.

Email Marketing & Community Engagement: Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and community engagement initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies for optimal growth.


Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tabletop gaming, miniatures, or related industries.

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital ad campaigns with a strong understanding of audience targeting and optimization.

Expertise in crowdfunding marketing, including Kickstarter or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and video marketing (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels).

Experience working with influencers and content creators in the tabletop or gaming space.

Ability to analyze performance data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Passion for tabletop gaming, 3D printing, and miniatures is a huge plus!

Must be able to come into the office to create content using miniatures and display area. Office space is available otherwise working from home is an option.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce marketing and direct-to-consumer sales.

Background in creative content production (video editing, graphic design, or copywriting).

Connections within the tabletop gaming and miniatures community.
