Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Part-Time Search Engine Optimizer/SEO Consultant to support our client in the automotive industry located in ANN ARBOR, Michigan. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an SEO Consultant, you will be auditing and strategizing our client's current digital marketing/web strategy, along with creating, implementing, updating, and changing content.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of our client's current digital marketing/web strategy
• Develop a new and improved digital marketing/web strategy based on the audit findings
• Implement the newly created digital marketing/web strategy
• Update and modify the digital marketing/web strategy as needed
• Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for our digital marketing platforms
• Implement the created content on our digital marketing platforms
• Monitor the performance of the implemented content and strategy
• Use tools like CRM, Facebook Insights, Google Ad, AB Testing, and Analytics for various SEO tasks
• Engage in blogging, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Paid Advertising
• Prepare a final report detailing the performance and impact of the implemented content and strategy
• Handle the handover of accounts set in place.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Search Engine Optimization and have prior experience consulting with clients on SEO strategy and Paid Media strategy.
• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems is required.
• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights for campaign optimization and performance analysis.
• Ability to effectively utilize Google Ad tools for search engine marketing purposes.
• Familiarity with AB Testing methods and their application in optimizing SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and its role in improving website visibility and ranking.
• Proven experience in blogging and content creation with a focus on SEO.
• Proficiency in On-Page SEO techniques, including meta-tagging, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience with Off-Page SEO strategies, such as link building and social media marketing.
• Knowledge and experience in Paid Advertising, particularly in managing PPC campaigns.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Ability to travel to Ann Arbor office as needed is preferred. This is a mostly remote opportunity offering flexible hours.
