Overview : An Architectural team member works independently, developing design or technical solutions under supervision of a Project Manager, Architect, Designer, Engineer and other staff in continued growth and education by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
Writes reports and specifications.
Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.
Continues to work towards completing the requirements of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) for discipline.
Uses design technology software to prepare project documents.
Draws finished designs from sketches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited college or university.
Proficient with Revit.
Position only available to candidates residing in Charlotte.
