Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: US - 3 Days a week work from Office
Experience – 5+
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Optimization:
- Analyze owned and paid media data to support the team in formulating actionable recommendations to improve customer lifetime value and company sales.
- Utilize customer data from email, SMS, and customer databases.
- Leverage existing media mix modeling and partnerships to understand the relationship between our marketing inputs and outputs.
- Evaluate data to drive insights into conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Participate in the advancement of targeting techniques and strategies.
- Actively contribute to marketing discussions including test design, implementation, and analysis.
- Forecasting:
- Develop forecasting models to gauge growth trajectory and predict future marketing outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise in modeling to help establish performance goals.
- Budget/Spend Allocation:
- Leverage forecasting ability to assist the marketing team in allocating marketing budget/spends wisely.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic budget/spend adjustments.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Utilize reporting tools and Excel to communicate performance updates on key metrics and channels.
- Collaborate with the team to understand reporting requirements.
- Track and report customer segment performance.
- Day to Day:
- Collaborate with the team exploring, discussing, and ideating on results.
- Provide competitive information with insight as needed.
- Offer ad-hoc analysis to help cross-functional teams understand product trends.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL & working with databases.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Data visualization tools (ex: Tableau).
- Proficiency in Web analytics & working with Google Analytics.
