Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to lead the charge in executing dynamic campaigns that fuel brand awareness, ignite customer engagement, drive sales, and accelerate business growth for key product brands. This pivotal role spans the entire marketing spectrum-blending digital expertise, content mastery, data-driven insights, and strategic brand development.

In this role, you will execute DTC marketing tactics designed to drive traffic, boost brand visibility, and optimize conversions across diverse online channels. You will manage go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ongoing sales cycles for leading and unique health and wellness brands on iHerb's global marketplace. From briefing creative teams to collaborating with web developers, you'll own the process end-to-end, ensuring every campaign is optimized for impact.

As a Full Stack Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, managing everything from promotional roadmaps to web development initiatives that enhance product brand values and drive meaningful business results.

Job Expectations: Develop and implement full-stack digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and optimize conversions. Manage end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) activities and ongoing sales cycles for key brands. Partner with cross-functional marketing teams on content creation, paid media, organic growth strategies, and social commerce initiatives. Coordinate with creative, web development, and marketing ops teams to develop and deploy impactful campaigns. Execute promotions, product launches, and iterative updates to improve customer shopping experiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and revenue KPIs. Develop brand strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Work closely with brand partnerships, merchandising, inventory management and planning, influencer marketing, social media, and paid media teams. Collaborate with web development teams to implement user-friendly and conversion-driven website enhancements. Perform in-depth analysis of marketing performance, business metrics, and competitive landscapes. Create presentations and reports for vendor meetings and executive reviews. Develop, strategize, and execute co-op campaigns from ideation to post-campaign analysis. Negotiate with vendors to optimize marketing budgets and maximize ROI. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

Deep understanding of DTC marketing strategies, with hands-on experience across multiple digital channels. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Data-driven mindset focusing on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and retention. Experience with website content management, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and A/B testing tools. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, especially working with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities. Adaptable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Equipment Knowledge:

High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and Asana Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms Experience in managing digital assets, website content, and customer journey mapping. Experience Requirements:

5-7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in DTC, partnership marketing, paid media, or project management. Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience with high-volume DTC brands (in-house experience preferred). Experience in CPG or health and wellness industries is a plus. Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience is an advantage. International brand management experience is a plus. Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

$115,850-$184,307 USD
