We are offering an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is primarily focused on crafting communication campaigns across various marketing channels, collaborating with different teams for campaign execution, as well as optimizing and personalizing campaigns using complex data. This position is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and test communication campaigns across National Email, Push Notification, and SMS Marketing channels.
• Work closely with data engineers to leverage complex data for campaign personalization and optimization.
• Assist in establishing and verifying logic for same-channel and omni-channel communication journeys.
• Utilize features of tools like Movable Ink or MoEngage, as appropriate, to enhance personalization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, data engineering, and data analysts for efficient campaign execution.
• Ensure quality assurance of all deployments and troubleshoot with creative, data, and technical partners as necessary.
• Manage the coordination of communication campaigns, inclusive of one-time, triggered, and automated sends.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is expected
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is needed
• Must have experience with CRM tools
• Should have a solid understanding of Facebook Insights
• Prior experience with Google Ad is required
• Demonstrated ability to conduct AB Testing is crucial
• Must have a background in creating and managing advertisements
• Experience with analytics tools is necessary
• Blogging experience is a plus
• Should have the ability to enhance brand awareness
• Prior experience in Email Marketing is required
• Must have managed email campaigns in the past
• Proficiency in using Braze is a bonus
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is needed
• Experience in email design is required
