Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

We are looking for a Creative Manager to spearhead the visual storytelling for our brand. This position merges graphic design, photo/video production, and team leadership to create captivating digital and physical marketing materials that stay true to our brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities of the Creative Manager:

1. Develop creative assets for various media, including digital ads, packaging, signage, and websites.
2. Ensure consistent brand identity by managing the Brand Style Guide across all platforms.
3. Oversee photo/video shoots, content creation, and motion graphics production.
4. Lead and mentor the design team, managing project priorities and meeting deadlines.
5. Work closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
6. Travel to different locations as needed for brand-related projects.

Qualifications for the Creative Manager:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (Fine Arts preferred) and 8+ years of experience in design leadership.
2. Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for culinary arts.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
