About the Role
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to produce compelling content and optimize performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute engaging social media content, including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and copywriting tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency, timely interactions, and audience engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, fostering meaningful relationships with online communities.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms to track performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities to keep content fresh and impactful.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop high-quality, on-brand content and integrated campaigns.
- Paid Advertising Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing apps.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
- Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.
