Full Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Short Form Social Media Strategist with strategy, production, and editing expertise to join our growing creative team. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire or part-time-to-hire position.

This role involves managing strategy and content creation for our clients, from pre-production to publication and analysis. You'll report to the Senior Account Manager and collaborate with the rest of the creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 3-4 short form content pieces (reels and graphics) for our clients
• Track and leverage Instagram trends
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies
• Edit high-quality, short-form video clips
• Design engaging visuals and graphics
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
• Train team members on Instagram best practices
• Manage collaborations between accounts
• Document processes for redundancy in case of time off or expansion to hiring assistance
• Keep files and SOPs organized in Google Drive for easy access
• Update your team on deadlines and project status
• Maintain consistent quality in client deliverables

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of social media and short-form content
• Track record of growing social media accounts
• Expertise in video editing software (Capcut / Da Vinci Resolve recommended)
• Strategic thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented approach
• Location: In person in Las Vegas, NV
