About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Senior Trailer and Video Editor with strategy, production, and editing expertise to join our growing creative team. This is a full-time position.
This role involves managing strategy and content creation for our clients, from pre-production to publication and analysis. You'll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with the rest of the creative team. Clients include short-form/long-form content for both Content Creators and Brands.
Responsibilities:
- Edit up to 3-4 short form content pieces a day (reels and graphics) daily for our clients
- Track and leverage Instagram trends
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies
- Edit high-quality, short-form video clips
- Design engaging visuals and graphics
- Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
- Train team members on Instagram best practices
- Manage collaborations between accounts
- Document processes so that there is redundancy if you need to take time off or expand to hiring someone to assist with edits
- Keep files and SOPs neatly organized in Google Drive so teammates can easily access
- Keep your team updated on deadlines and status of projects
- Maintain consistent quality work through out our clients deliverables
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base: $80,000-$100,000 annually
- Bonuses available
- Location: In person in Las Vegas, NV
Job Requirements:
- Deep understanding of social media and short-form content
- Previous experience with Trailers is needed.
- Track record of growing social media accounts
- Expertise in video editing software (Capcut / Da Vinci Resolve recommended)
- Strategic thinking abilities for viral concepts and execution
- Strong project management skills
- Detail-oriented approach
