Job Description
I'm currently assisting a well known multi-disciplinary practice based in heart of London in their search for multiple Architectural Designers/Part II Assistant. The position is a long term contract, minimum 6 months but likely 2-3 years. This is an Inside IR35 position with a rate circa £25/hr Umbrella depending on experience.
This is a fantastic chance to work high-profile projects within the Sports, Leisure and Stadia sector. To be considered you'll need experience of working on Stadia projects, if you don't have the relevant specific stadium experience then experience on arena's or concert halls could work. Size isn't everything but in this case it is- you'll need to have a portfolio that reflects working on large scale projects over the years.
Initially you'll be working on Stage 2 for a few current projects so a strong design background or experience would be ideal. This position isn't restricted to Stage 2 however, you'll need to be comfortable with working across RIBA stages 2-4 as some of the schemes are currently in planning and others require a more technically orientated individual.
Revit is the main software in use and fluency is a must. Experience with Rhino would be beneficial however Revit is the key software for this position.
