A client who is the largest footwear retailer headquartered in Beaverton, OR is hiring for an Experience Design Researcher to join their team. They will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of designers, developers, product owners and partners to explore new business opportunities, gather insights, and inform user-centered experiences that drive the product creation process.

Responsible for designing and conducting qualitative research activities through a human-centered process, as well as synthesizing insights. Solves problems requiring independent judgment, developing and applying new concepts and inclusive methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of Human centered research - Experience with Tools/Software - Box preferred - Understanding of how to build a product through asking the right questions - Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research - Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Wire frames - Understanding of product - Architect background - Key note, ppt, box, air table
