Are you a Senior RF/Electronics Design Engineer looking for your next challenge? This is your chance to develop cutting-edge RF and microwave solutions for mission-critical applications in aerospace, space, defense, quantum computing, and more. What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Design & Development: Work on low phase noise oscillators, frequency sources, synthesizers, amplifiers, mixers, and RF/microwave subsystems.
  2. Next-Gen Solutions: Develop advanced RF/microwave and electronic systems for aerospace, defense, and scientific applications.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with program managers, engineers, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure product success.
  4. Testing & Debugging: Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to optimize designs.
  5. Process Optimization: Develop procedures, compliance documentation, and technical reports to meet industry standards.
  6. Industry Engagement: Stay up to date on RF/microwave advancements and apply the latest technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 10+ years of experience in RF/Electronics design with strong schematic and circuit expertise.
  2. Hands-on experience with low phase noise oscillators, RF/microwave components, and subsystems.
  3. Strong testing/debugging skills with RF/electronics test equipment and processes.
  4. Knowledge of military, aerospace, and space-grade hardware requirements.
  5. PCB layout experience and familiarity with IPC standards.
  6. Ability to lead small, focused design teams and drive technical execution.
  7. BSEE required (MSEE preferred).

Bonus Skills:

  1. EMI/EMC analysis and mitigation strategies.
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira/Confluence, and documentation tools.
  3. Understanding of security clearance requirements (if applicable).
