$50.00/hr - $68.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborate with marketing teams and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Must-haves:

5-10 years of experience as a UX Designer / UI Designer.
Strong experience with Conversational Design - IVR / Chatbots / AI.
Experience with Figma, Jira, Smart Sheets & Google Suite.
Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
Experience with user-centric design overall.
A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes.
