About the team: As part of the Global Product Solutions & Operations team, you will lead market research, identify product opportunities, and build go-to-market strategies for TikTok's eCommerce products. You will support the end-to-end product journey, from product development to testing, launching, and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for optimizing the user experience of global e-commerce content recommendations, including content quality standard definition, low-quality content governance, and delivering relevant e-commerce content to users.
  2. Content Standard Improvement: Continuously iterate on content quality standards to better align with user needs through user research and data analysis.
  3. Problem Assessment & Discovery Mechanism: Establish a multi-dimensional mechanism for problem evaluation and discovery through case assessments and data analysis.
  4. Problem Solving: Work closely with recommendation PM & algo teams, governance teams, and supply side teams to design recommendation strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of work experience, with a solid understanding of e-commerce business and user needs.
  2. Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
  3. Resilience, self-motivation, and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or machine learning.
  2. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

Job Information:

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position is $121600 - $232644 annually. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
