Job Description

**Only qualified Creative Production Coordinator or Coordinator, Studio Samples & Props candidates located near Columbus, OH to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. * *

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• 0-2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills

• Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with sample management or Product Information Management systems a plus

• Experience with photoshoots or photo studios a plus

Purpose:

The Coordinator, Studio Samples & Props is responsible for the organization and management of the physical prop library, as well as supporting the Sample and Comp Libraries within the Omni Photo Studio.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work

• Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams

• Directly manage the Sample process and Sample Library

• Receive, check-in, and organize all photoshoot props intended for storage

• Maintain of a complete and accurate Prop Library, tracking use and return of all items, and disposing of unneeded Props in compliance with company policies

• Work with Photoshoot Producers and Stylists to identify, pull, and organize requested props for each photoshoot

• Work with Photoshoot producers and Stylists to pack up, return, and re-organize all props once a photoshoot is complete

• Partner with Sample Analyst to maintain a complete and accurate Sample Library, identifying and securing missing product, and disposing of aged product in compliance with company policies

• Partner with Sample Analyst to maintain Sample timelines and communicate key dates to cross-functional partners as assigned

• Order and pull product from DC as assigned

• Pull and organize product samples and comps for photoshoots as assigned

• Update and maintain Product Photo Queue as assigned

• Maintain and run regular reporting for sample deliveries

• Support the Sample & Comp product management processes

• Receive, check-in, and organize product samples and comp product samples as needed, including components and fill

• Pack, ship, track, receive and organize and maintain all materials for shoots, whether in Studio or on location as needed; ensure items arrive on time in good condition

• Support regular reporting for Sample & Comp product processes as needed
