Senior Demand Generation Specialist - Arena

Boston, MA office - Hybrid schedule As a Senior Marketing Specialist on our Demand Generation team, you will support our Arena product by assisting the continued growth of marketing sourced pipeline through tradeshows, events, and awareness campaigns for North America. Reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation for Arena, you will work with stakeholders across the marketing organization to bring innovative programs and campaigns to life. You will work closely with the Manager of Demand Generation on the research, planning, and execution of strategic marketing programs. Your Day-To-Day: Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Manage multiple campaigns concurrently, adjusting and conducting regular testing to optimize response and conversion rates. List Management & Segmentation:

Pull and segment lists from Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives. Event & Digital Program Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of both in-person events and digital marketing programs, including webinars, email, and paid campaigns. Research and recommend new digital marketing tactics to improve engagement. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance across channels and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with BDRs, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate data flows and lead handoff processes, accurate data tracking, and alignment on campaign follow-ups. Support sales enablement by providing insights from digital campaigns to refine outreach strategies. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a proactive attitude, eager to contribute. Have a high attention to detail. Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for exploring new and innovative marketing programs; experience in analysis and evaluation is a plus. Always-on testing mentality and adeptness in project management, ideally with experience in SFDC/Marketo Hybrid role with one day per week in our Boston office.
