About Us: Zip Zap IT Solutions is a dynamic, small business specializing in providing innovative technology solutions to government clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mid-Level User Experience (UX) Designer/Business Analyst for a task at the US Government site in Washington DC. Expected Experience: Experience developing UX wireframes in Adobe XD or Figma. Experience working with business analysts to define complex workflows and present alternatives to customers. Experience conducting user interviews and collecting data from customer observations. Experience working with UI developers using React to clarify and refine designs for development. Duties: Develop low and high fidelity wireframes to present to engineers, testers, and users. Collaborate with business analysts to define workflows and analyze UX for legacy applications and workflows. Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Work with engineers to refine designs based on data analysis and implementation constraints. Work with testers and business analysts to refine acceptance criteria and update designs as needed.
