About Us:

Zip Zap IT Solutions is a dynamic, small business specializing in providing innovative technology solutions to government clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mid-Level User Experience (UX) Designer/Business Analyst for a task at the US Government site in Washington DC.

Expected Experience:

• Experience developing UX wireframes in Adobe XD or Figma.
• Experience working with business analysts to define complex workflows and present alternatives to customers.
• Experience conducting user interviews and collecting data from customer observations.
• Experience working with UI developers using React to clarify and refine designs for development.

Duties:

• Develop low and high fidelity wireframes to present to engineers, testers, and users.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define workflows and analyze UX for legacy applications and workflows.
• Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work with engineers to refine designs based on data analysis and implementation constraints.
• Work with testers and business analysts to refine acceptance criteria and update designs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
